Course Structure:
- Duration: 10-day online course + 3-day in-person training.
- Online: Two live sessions focused on leadership, strategic planning, event creation and scheduling. Self-paced modules exploring group dynamics, program design and advanced training strategies.
- In-person: Three intensive workshop days (6 hours/day), emphasising practical applications such as group management scenarios, event organisation drills and advanced tactical training.
- Assessment:A rigorous final exam during the last day of in-person training.
